Senior Project Manager - Equity Diversity and Inclusion

UNICEF UK is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy and programme of work.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex and large-scale cultural and behavioural change programmes in a complex environment. They will be responsible for working cross-organisationally to deliver the intended benefits of the EDI Strategy, including our anti-racism programme.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to lead collaborative change, and a thorough understanding of emergent change. They will also be able to role model anti-racist behaviours and demonstrate a deep understanding of UNICEF UK's values and mission.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have knowledge and practical experience in project, programme, and change management methodologies. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a complex environment and be able to lead and manage multiple workstreams.
