About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Hays Social Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental illness to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with varying needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Encourage individuals to participate in leisure activities and appointments
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to create a safe and stimulating environment
What You'll Need
  • Experience in the social care sector is not essential, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential
  • Commitment to completing training and induction programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days and nights
