Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to support a full range of Issuing and Acceptance commercial pricing activity together with control and governance, and senior stakeholder management, in line with strategic focus on client profitability and speed to spend, helping to address the increasing volume and complexity of pricing requests.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide in-depth expertise on commercial pricing and profitability analysis, including card payments, to support business growth and client satisfaction.
  2. Develop and manage the success of specific financial products and services, providing expertise on product features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks, and compliance.
  3. Identify market trends, new features, regulatory requirements, and potential risks, and analyze data to support product development and improvement.
  4. Present the advantages and features of financial products to potential customers, building trust and encouraging adoption.
  5. Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials for financial products, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
  6. Participate in training sessions and workshops to share product knowledge and expertise with colleagues and other stakeholders.
  7. Participate in events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to showcase financial products and generate interest.
  8. Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.
  9. Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work your team does.
