Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring seamless resolution of complex IT issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to clients, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of IT systems and technologies to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their technical concerns, providing clear and friendly communication throughout the support process to build strong client relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to escalate and resolve challenging technical issues, while actively contributing insights and ideas to improve support processes and efficiency.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends through training and self-study, continuously expanding technical knowledge and skills to enhance support capabilities and career growth.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in providing technical support at a 2nd line level or at a 1st line level, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies.
  • Microsoft Server Operating Systems: Experience with Microsoft server operating systems and technologies, including user management through Active Directory.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Knowledge of ITIL, incident, problem, and change management.
  • Cyber Essentials: Ability to understand and operate to the standards of Cyber Essentials for IT Security.
