Avionic Technical Instructor Job Description

**Role Overview**

Forward Assist Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Avionic Technical Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our clients in the aviation maintenance industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Deliver theoretical and practical training to clients, ensuring that you meet customer satisfaction key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
* Update, maintain, and edit client training material, including approved course notes, PowerPoint presentations, and other data, to ensure compliance with internal processes.
* Develop and innovate training products and materials to ensure our clients remain at the forefront of training in the industry.
* Perform EASA Approved Examiner and Invigilator duties as required by the client's Training Manager and subject to successful qualification for the role.
* Update, maintain, and edit the client's examination database.

**Requirements**

* A recognized apprenticeship in avionic maintenance or an appropriate academic teaching qualification, dependent on the subject matter area to be instructed.
* Minimum 5 years' industry experience.
* A good working knowledge of MS Office.
* Clean driving license.
* Ability to satisfy an enhanced DBS check.

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary of £46K - £54K based on qualifications and experience.
* 25 days paid annual leave plus public holidays, company pension, and cycle to work scheme.
