We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MOT Tester to join our thriving workshop team at Holdcroft Motor Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle inspection and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and accurate MOT tests on all vehicles booked in.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and skills to achieve effective and safe service of customers' vehicles.
  • Meet deadlines and targets while working efficiently and safely.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of routine servicing and basic mechanical repairs.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of the business and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and accurately complete paperwork with high attention to detail and organization.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Full driving license and relevant qualifications for an MOT Tester license.
