ThinkWorkforce is collaborating with a leading Urgent Care service provider to fill a challenging and rewarding role for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. This opportunity is part of our ongoing efforts to provide high-quality healthcare services to communities across the North of England.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in an Urgent Care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a range of acute and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose patients with acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in Urgent Care
  • Independent NMP (V300) qualification with experience in minor injuries and illnesses
  • Current DBS check and up-to-date mandatory training, registrations, and immunizations
  • MSc Advanced Nursing Practice with a qualification from a recognized institution
