Role Overview:


We are currently in search of a committed and skilled individual to join our team as a Facility Sanitation Specialist.

In this position, you will be tasked with upholding cleanliness and facilitating the efficient operation of our client's facilities.

Your responsibilities will be divided between two locations, ensuring a comprehensive cleaning approach.

One part of your duties will involve maintaining cleanliness in office spaces, a cafeteria, hallways, and locker rooms, while the other part will focus on industrial sanitation within a warehouse and outdoor areas.

Working hours are structured from 7am to 5pm, including a half-hour lunch break, for example:

7am - Start at the first location

12.00pm - Lunch Break

12.30pm - Resume at the second location


The compensation for this role is £11.44 per hour, with the potential to earn an additional £1.20 per hour as an attendance incentive for completing 45 hours weekly.


Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain and sanitise assigned areas in accordance with established protocols.
Execute routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Dispose of waste materials responsibly and in compliance with regulations.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to promote effective cleaning operations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in industrial sanitation or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with appropriate cleaning methods and practices.
Capability to operate cleaning machinery and tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A valid driver's licence and a clean driving record are essential.
