Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential to support our ongoing projects and maintenance operations across various commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on a diverse range of commercial facilities.
  • Engage in tasks related to low voltage electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, and building fabric.
  • Manage small-scale projects and additional assignments focused on lighting, power enhancements, and system upgrades.
  • Conduct general maintenance duties, including but not limited to, replacing belts and filters, maintaining air handling units, and performing water temperature assessments.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure comprehensive out-of-hours support for our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a formal electrical qualification, such as the 17th or 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in all facets of electrical maintenance and repair.
  • Be prepared to undertake facilities maintenance responsibilities, including tasks related to air handling units, emergency lighting, and fire alarm inspections.
  • Exhibit a willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Be open to extensive travel as part of the role.
