Job Summary:

Flagship Consulting is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the delivery of our projects, working closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role, preferably in a consulting or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management software.
  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor (CQS) or working towards CQS status.
