About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Pybus Recruitment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and selling a variety of new and used cars from a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a first-class customer experience, building lasting relationships with customers through your energetic and outgoing personality.
  • Sales: Sell new and used cars from a premium brand, matching customers with the correct vehicle that meets their needs.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role, including financial services and transactions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role within the retail environment.
  • Skills: Proven ability to deliver consistent high levels of customer service, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Personal Qualities: High level of drive and passion to be successful, self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to earn.
  • Education: Full and valid UK driving license.
