Job Description

Tiger Analytics is seeking a skilled Data Modeler to join our team and contribute to the development of business solutions that leverage structured and unstructured data at scale.

We are looking for a Data Modeler with expertise in translating business requirements into logical and physical data models, creating and maintaining data dictionaries, and designing data lakes and warehouses.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Azure as a cloud platform, a strong understanding of data modeling concepts, and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into working logical and physical data models.
  • Create and maintain data dictionaries, including documentation of entities, attributes, data relationships, and business rules.
  • Design and implement data lakes and warehouses, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data models that meet those needs.
  • Participate in the de-normalization of data models, ensuring that business rules are implemented via alternate mechanisms.
  • Develop and maintain data models, including conceptual, logical, and physical models.
  • Ensure data models are properly version-controlled and maintained.

Requirements:

  • CPG/FMCG domain experience is a must.
  • Experience working with Azure as a cloud platform.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
