As a Care Coordinator with Helping Hands, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and carers within the local community. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Branch Care Manager to ensure the highest possible standard of care is delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Branch Care Manager by providing care and support to our customers and carers within the local community.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction by effectively allocating staff to meet the needs of our customers.
- Complete Direct Observations and supervisions for your care teams within the correct timescales.
- Recruit and Retain Staff by actively recruiting new team members and guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Reassess Customers to ensure care plans are reflective of customer's needs and condition.
- Drive Business Growth by actively seeking new business opportunities and supporting the commercial growth of the branch.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service by ensuring the highest levels of customer service are always provided.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or be willing to work towards achieving this. Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience of working within the care sector at supervisory level. You will also need to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
