About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Early Careers Educator to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our primary school pupils. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of primary school pupils, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Pupil Progress and Assessment: Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and provide targeted support where needed.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share best practice, contributing to the wider school community.
  • Communication and Relationships: Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers, maintaining effective communication to support children's learning and development.
  • Behaviour Management: Manage behaviour effectively, creating a respectful and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages pupils to do their best.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and take an active role in your own learning and growth as a teacher.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT).
  • Passion for Teaching: A passion for teaching and a strong commitment to providing high-quality education for all pupils.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop as part of a supportive team.
  • Organisational Skills: Good organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
