Job Title: UX Designer

Maxwell Bond, a well-established company located in the UK, is seeking a talented UX Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the redevelopment of the company website, driving significant change and improvements to an already impressive ecommerce brand.

The Role:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a UX Designer role or similar
  • Strong understanding and practical experience of Figma
  • Strong communication skills
  • Evidence of ability to work towards deadlines
  • On-site work, 2 days per week

As a UX Designer at Maxwell Bond, you will be responsible for creating innovative design solutions that meet the needs of the business and its customers. You will work closely with the development team to bring your designs to life and ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user-centered solutions for the company website
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement designs
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
