Commercial Litigation Director Opportunity

Venn Group is partnering with a leading East Midlands firm to recruit an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their respected team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving legal practice while enjoying an energising work environment and opportunities for progression to partnership.

As a Senior Litigation Lawyer and Director, you would be responsible for a mixed caseload of commercial litigation matters, including partnership/director disputes, professional negligence, and contractual disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a mixed caseload of commercial litigation matters
  • Representing clients in partnership/director disputes, professional negligence, and contractual disputes
  • Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with over 4 years PQE
  • Experience in a variety of commercial litigation matters
  • Good communication, negotiation, and client management skills
