Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Key Stage 1

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Key Stage 1 setting. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning journey of students and contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities, promoting academic and personal growth in students.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Assist with classroom management and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers, informing instruction and improving student outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and its application in a classroom setting.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting, with a strong understanding of classroom dynamics and student needs.
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence in teaching support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students.
