Work Environment
As a Cook, you will report to the Chef and work primarily in the kitchen, focusing on the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. Your culinary creations will be served directly to our visitors. You will utilize the 'National Trust Cookbook' framework to prepare, measure, and mix ingredients, assist with deliveries, and maintain kitchen cleanliness in compliance with health and safety regulations.
