About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation, embedding, and project management of the Citizen Coin initiative, a new approach to stimulating and rewarding volunteering in the Wakefield district.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with organisations from various sectors to onboard and train them in the use of the Citizen Coin platform.
  • Project manage the initiative, including contract management, action planning, and data gathering for monitoring and evaluation.
  • Link with internal and external colleagues/partners to support the embedding of Citizen Coin.
  • Co-produce a communications strategy for Citizen Coin with partners.
  • Lead the Citizen Coin working group and report to the project management board.
  • Report on outcomes as part of Public Health workstreams.
  • Provide high-level reports for the Transformation Board, Residents and Business First workstream.
  • Support various Boards and Committees as required, including report preparation and execution.
