Office Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Building Careers UK. As the primary point of contact between office staff, clients, and external stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks, supplier coordination, and office supplies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between office staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and client contracts.
  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Provide support to the project management team on various administrative tasks.
  • Oversee health and safety procedures within the office environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally within the renewables, M&E, or construction sectors.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office software.
