A unique opportunity has arisen for a dedicated individual to lead the clinical and operational delivery of care for children at Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
About the RoleAs Clinical Matron, you will be responsible for coordinating the clinical delivery of care for children, working closely with the Lead Nurse for Children to align with the Trust's strategic vision. The services you will oversee include Acute inpatients, Outpatients, Paediatric Assessment Unit, Acute Day surgery, HDU, CAMHS, and Clinical specialist teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the clinical delivery of care for children
- Work closely with the Lead Nurse for Children to align with the Trust's strategic vision
- Oversee the services of Acute inpatients, Outpatients, Paediatric Assessment Unit, Acute Day surgery, HDU, CAMHS, and Clinical specialist teams
Hours: Monday to Friday, with a slot on the on-call senior nurse rota.
