Our Current Project in Earls Court

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team on a major project in Earls Court. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating services, planning works, and ensuring that all installations are carried out to programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of services, including heating and ventilation systems
  • Planning works and ensuring that all installations are carried out to programme
  • Managing the installation of heating and ventilation systems
  • Procurement of materials and equipment
  • Overseeing the QA installation of all primary equipment
  • Witnessing and signing off of all heating and cold water testing
  • QA of installation of all Flat ducting in accordance with specification
  • Witnessing and signing off of all testing, including inhibitor flushing, chlorination flushing, flow rates tests, and Mvhr extract tests
Requirements:
  • NVQ in Plumbing or Heating
  • Working towards NVQ L 3 in supervision
  • SSSTS
  • Field view and 4 Projects
