Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to take on the role of Camera Technician at Panavision. In this position, you will oversee the management of camera rentals and sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain our high-quality camera equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the department manager in the Camera and Accessories division.
- Welcome clients and visitors, efficiently handle the collection and return of equipment, and coordinate deliveries.
- Accurately process and document orders, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Participate in training sessions to improve your understanding of equipment functionalities and features.
- Follow the designated work schedule for the department.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency and support departmental goals.
- Implement company Health and Safety regulations within the camera division.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the photography or cinematography field.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Knowledge of camera equipment and related software.
