Job Summary

We seek a hands-on, detail-oriented Quantitative Researcher with experience in fixed income markets to join our team. As a Fixed Income Researcher, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data quality standards, identify and resolve data issues, and apply statistical and machine learning methodologies to detect data outliers and anomalies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data quality standards.
  2. Identify and resolve data issues such as incorrect or missing data.
  3. Apply statistical and machine learning methodologies to detect data outliers and anomalies.
  4. Create and maintain documentation related to data definitions and data quality rules.
  5. Construct mappings between SimCorp and vendor data.
  6. Develop improved methods and tools for correcting erroneous credit curves and investigating and interpreting risk and performance numbers.

Requirements

  1. Quantitative background, to a Master's level degree at a minimum.
  2. Professional designation (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
  3. 2+ years of experience in fixed income markets, including both rates and credit.
  4. Experience of coding, preferably Python.
  5. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  6. Ability to quickly understand existing approaches and apply a variety of analytic techniques to new problems.
  7. Advanced communication and documentation skills.
