Job Title: ESG Officer

At CMS Distribution, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ESG Officer to join our team. As an ESG Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the People Operations Compliance Manager in administering ESG initiatives and projects
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform ESG decision-making and reporting
  • Develop and maintain ESG data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ESG best practices and policies
  • Travel to other CMS locations in the UK, Ireland, and internationally to support ESG initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an ESG background
  • Emotional Intelligence and creative thinking
