We are in search of a skilled Associate with a solid background in corporate law, encompassing company establishment, commercial agreements, and corporate dealings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on company establishment, governance, and restructuring to ensure adherence to statutory obligations.
  • Draft, assess, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
  • Offer expert advice on corporate governance and compliance issues.
  • Oversee corporate transactions, including share acquisitions and mergers.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and prepare requisite documentation.
  • Stay informed about developments in corporate law and advise clients accordingly.
  • Guide junior colleagues to promote a supportive team environment.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualified Associate with a specialization in corporate law.
  • Significant experience in company establishment, contract drafting, and corporate transactions.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to manage a diverse range of cases independently.
  • Proficient in legal practice management software.
