About the Role:

The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead their commercial pre-construction process across the business. Key responsibilities include:

* Overseeing the entire pre-construction phase, from PQQ submissions and tender preparations to contract negotiations.

* Managing client relationships, ensuring strong rapport is established and maintained with project stakeholders.

* Driving supply chain management by consistently sourcing new subcontractors and suppliers, while nurturing and strengthening existing relationships.

* Working closely with site teams to ensure smooth handovers and the capture and implementation of lessons learned.

Requirements:

* 5+ years experience in estimating of design & build contracts

* Educational, Healthcare, Commercial, and Residential

* Capable of using On-Screen take off & Conquest estimating software
