Benefits Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Manager to join our team at The FISER Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing a comprehensive benefits package that aligns with our company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop a benefits strategy that supports our business objectives
  • Design and implement a benefits package that includes core benefits and wellbeing initiatives
  • Assess and negotiate with vendors to secure the best benefits offerings for our employees
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and vendors
  • Monitor and analyze benefits data to ensure compliance and optimize benefits spend

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in benefits management, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of benefits trends, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
