Compass Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ITU Nurse to join our team at a leading private healthcare provider in Birmingham. This state-of-the-art hospital will provide high levels of care to patients, with a focus on cardiology, cancer, and complex surgeries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex patient care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Lead the six-bedded critical care unit in the absence of the Ward Manager, providing guidance and support to the team.
- Support individuals and the team to deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality, and effective patient care that is responsive to the needs of our patients and their families.
Requirements
- Registered nurse with a valid NMC pin.
- Critical care course (minimum 30 credits).
- At least 1 year of experience in ITU, with a focus on neuro, cardiac, or general ITU.
