The Role

We are seeking a charismatic and service-driven individual to join our team as a Front Desk Ambassador. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, setting the tone for a fantastic stay
  • Assist with directions, theatre bookings, luggage delivery, and other guest requests
  • Build relationships with guests and colleagues, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve exceptional service standards
