Job Title: Fitness Motivator and Personal Trainer

We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Fitness Motivator and Personal Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a positive member journey and experience that generates compliments and helps retain members
  • Support the Fitness Manager with the implementation of various member engagement initiatives, including fitness challenges and member of the month
  • Interact with members to support their training goals and complete tasks to ensure the standards of the fitness activity meet company expectations
  • Increase and maximize occupancy levels by interacting with members and supporting their training goals
  • Assist in the monitoring of group exercise attendance and aid retention targets of fitness members through consistent delivery of the EANOP/Fitness Standards
  • Support the centre's work towards Quest IiP ISO 14001 and other awards
  • Ensure a safe, secure, clean, well-maintained facility that is accessible and inclusive for all
  • Ensure shifts start on time and wear uniform as per the company standard
Requirements:
  • Must be a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor or equivalent with at least 1 year of personal training experience
  • All successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check
