Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in the South region. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling our range of products to national and independent builders merchants across the South.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the South region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000, plus a performance-based commission of up to £10,000. You will also receive a hybrid car and a home office setup to support your work-life balance.

Requirements
