About the Role

CapeClarke is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Partner to join our renowned team in Bristol. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients, including owner-managed businesses and agricultural clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level legal advice on a broad range of Private Client issues, including complex estates, trusts, and tax planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and tailored legal solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of solicitors, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Stay updated on the latest legal developments in Private Client law, ensuring that our services remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
  • Experience: A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Private Client law, with a proven track record in managing high-profile client relationships.
  • Leadership: Experience as a Senior Associate or Partner with the ability to lead a team and drive business growth.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong drafting skills and demonstrable technical ability in handling complex Private Client matters.
  • STEP Qualification: Highly desirable or in the process of achieving this qualification.
  • Business Acumen: Proactive in business development with a strategic mindset for growing the client base.
