Role Overview

Salary: £27,352-£35,547.20 per annum for Level 3 Qualified Room Leaders (pro-rated for part-time positions)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience as a Room Leader in a nursery or childcare environment
  • Attributes such as patience, empathy, and a sincere passion for working with children
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Desirable: First Aid and CPR certification
  • Familiarity with relevant childcare regulations and legislation (e.g., Safeguarding)
