About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Optical Consultant to join our team at Boots Opticians. As an Optical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to our customers, recommending products to aid their health and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high standard of care to customers, recommending products to aid their health and lifestyle.
  • Build great relationships with customers by listening and understanding their needs.
  • Help customers find the perfect products tailored to their lifestyle and requirements.
  • Work in store and report to the store leadership team.
  • Be involved in ordering and dispensing of glasses and contact lenses.
  • Provide after sales support through repairs and adjustments.
  • Work together as part of a team.
  • Complete operational and administrative tasks associated with the running of a store.
  • Support other colleagues within the stores to develop their knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for customer service.
  • Have experience working in retail or an optical environment.
