About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Team Member to join our team at Haven. As a Security Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security and Safety: Monitor the premises, conduct regular perimeter patrols, and complete safety and fire equipment checks to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, manage and diffuse confrontations, and keep detailed records of all incidents.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for our team and guests, assist with inquiries, check guest passes, and support the wider team with ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements
  • SIA License: You must hold a valid SIA license.
  • Experience: You must have experience within a similar role, preferably in Retail, Hospitality, or Leisure.
  • Skills and Qualities: You must be a committed and focused individual, able to confidently deal with and diffuse any challenging situations, and possess good interpersonal and communication skills as well as a positive attitude to customer care.
