Information Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Analyst to join our team at NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. As an Information Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of evaluations and providing complex intelligence to inform commissioning, service delivery, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement evaluation approaches and project plans to assess the effectiveness of local services and interventions.
- Collect and analyze data to produce high-quality intelligence that informs decision-making, performance monitoring, and planning.
- Communicate complex information to stakeholders, including programme and clinical leads, commissioners, and delivery partners.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for service enhancement.
- Use data storytelling approaches to influence key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Experience in using research and evaluation methodologies, including qualitative, quantitative, and health economic approaches.
- Ability to produce and communicate evaluations of services to a range of audiences.
- Knowledge of information governance and operating within UK GDPR.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze and process data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries.
