We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rental Advisor to join our team at Grafters Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient rental experience.

• Customer Service: Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, dealing with walk-in customers face-to-face and via the telephone, handling vehicle reservations, and calculating quotations for customers.
• Rental Administration: Open and close rental agreements, check vehicles before and after rental, and understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell products in line with customer requirements, and conduct daily fleet checks/stock availability.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the existing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of customer service related experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Skills: Sound I.T skills, flexibility, organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months of customer service related experience, with a demonstrated ability to make decisions with confidence, and the ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Authorization: Must be fully authorized to work in the UK.
• Driving License: Must have a Full Valid UK Drivers Licence with no more than 6 points.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 – 18.00 (Alternative Saturdays 08.30 – 12.00).

Salary: 27000 to 30000 per year + Bonuses
