Position Overview:The Branch Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading a diverse team of 12 personnel, encompassing sales representatives, drivers, and warehouse operatives.
- Fostering robust relationships with clients and suppliers to enhance business development.
- Monitoring sales performance, profit margins, and operational costs to surpass business objectives.
- Championing a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with safety regulations within the branch.
