We are seeking an experienced Senior Communities and Events Officer to play a key role in delivering the Aylesbury Town Council's Events programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a busy team, delivering exciting and high-profile live outdoor public events.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing high-profile public events around Aylesbury, engaging with a diverse audience of over 20,000 people across the weekend and collaborating with 150 event partners throughout the year.
About YouWe are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who has a track record in:
- Successfully managing the planning, delivery, and evaluation of outdoor public events, campaigns, and initiatives
- Engaging with a range of different stakeholders, both public and private sector
- Project management
- Working within a political setting
