Financial Reporting Specialist
Job Description:
As a Financial Reporting Specialist at Arrow Electronics, Inc., you will be responsible for General Ledger controlling and reporting, compliance, tax, statutory, and multiple general accounting and reporting activities. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. In addition, you will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Your expertise in financial reporting and accounting will be essential in providing financial insights to support business decisions. * Analyze financial data and prepare financial statements * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning * Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting * Provide financial insights to support business decisions * Work closely with the management team to ensure financial goals are met * Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards * Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures * Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes * Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders * Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Provide training and support to team members as needed * Stay current with industry trends and developments * Participate in special projects as assigned Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field * 3+ years of experience in financial reporting and accounting * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in financial software and systems * Strong business acumen and analytical skills * Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights * Strong leadership and management skills * Ability to motivate and develop team members What We Offer:
