We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within designated regions.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Proactively seek out and engage potential clients in assigned territories.
  • Present and demonstrate our comprehensive range of automation solutions, tailoring your approach to meet specific client challenges.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including engineering and product specialists, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing valuable insights into market trends and customer behavior.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the automation or industrial technology sector.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of automation principles and applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-oriented and highly motivated, with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
