We are seeking an experienced Cook/Chef to join our team at Total Care Services Ltd, providing high-quality food services to our care home clients in South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook nutritious meals for our residents, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and staff supervision.
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure residents' dietary needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Hold an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
- Have a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
- Be passionate about food and committed to delivering high-quality cuisine.
- Competitive hourly rate of up to £18.40, inclusive of holiday pay and pension contributions.
