Job Description

As a Programme Manager at Version 1, you will play a critical role in delivering successful ERP transformation programmes for our customers. With a strong focus on communication, planning, and change management, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute programme plans, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives and Version 1's methodology.
  • Lead and motivate a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including C-suite executives, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of programmes, including finance, HR, and IT.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading ERP transformation programmes, with a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial outcomes, with a strong understanding of fixed-price and time-and-materials projects.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as MSP or PRINCE2.
