About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Programme Advisor to join our team in supporting the delivery of the Champions programmes. As an Early Years Programme Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of these programmes, which aim to drive continuous improvement and increase high standards in early education for children from birth to five years.

Working closely with other early years advisors, delivery partners, managers, and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for the delivery of Champions programmes, working with the private, voluntary, maintained, and independent sectors, as well as school provision. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing advice and support to practitioners within nursery settings, enabling them to improve their practice and achieve better outcomes for children.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in early years education or a related field, with experience in leading practice specifically in mathematical, language, literacy, and communication as an early years professional or teacher. You will also have experience in coaching and mentoring early years practitioners, customer service, multi-agency partnership working, developing and securing strong partnerships, and involvement with early years networks or groups.

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a team, communicate complex ideas clearly, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Your passion for early years education and your commitment to improving outcomes for children will be evident in your application.
