**About Us**

At Meallmore, we provide personalized nursing care to adults enduring or recovering from a mental disorder. Our care home, Alderwood House, is a purpose-built facility in Dumbarton, offering a supportive environment for vulnerable individuals.

**Your Role**

As a Support Worker, you will be part of our Meallmore team at Alderwood, promoting a high quality of care and support in accordance with individual care plans. You will assist in creating a wellbeing environment, adhere to Meallmore Standards and Policies, and work collaboratively with care staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide care and support to residents in accordance with their individual plans
* Assist in creating a positive and supportive environment
* Adhere to Meallmore Standards and Policies
* Collaborate with care staff to ensure high-quality care

**Requirements**

* Registration with the SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council) is required
