Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Brunel University London. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategy for external collaboration with key stakeholders in the food and drink sector on the Park Royal Industrial Estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a strategy for external collaboration with key stakeholders in the food and drink sector on the Park Royal Industrial Estate.
- Liaise extensively with relevant external stakeholders and build strategic collaborations with business, policy-makers, and academic groups with interests in the Park Royal Industrial Estate aligned to the research strengths of the university in net zero energy systems, AI & big data, or waste reduction and valorisation.
- Work with Park Royal businesses to develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Collaborate with other Business Development Managers to leverage joint knowledge and contacts for the benefit of the University.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of the food and drink sector and the Park Royal Industrial Estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
