Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Salary: £38,543 per annum inclusive of shift allowance
Location: Bath
Working week: 37 hours Monday to Friday double day shift
Benefits: 5% pension, life cover x4 salary, 25 days holiday + 9 bank holidays, overtime paid at 1.8 basic rate.
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team at Omega Resource Group in Bath. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting mechanical components with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fit mechanical components to exacting standards
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure high-quality products
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in mechanical assembly and fitting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
