About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team at Edenred, a leading provider of prepaid solutions. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in supporting our Product Manager in tasks related to the product domain, participating in scrum meetings, and managing the product backlog.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager in tasks around the product domain, including prioritizing the backlog and ensuring focus on adding value and meeting business goals.
- Participate in scrum meetings and product sprints, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the team.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog, adapting to changes in requirements and ensuring epics and user stories are clear and concise.
- Provide Product Owner sign-off to completed user stories, ensuring adherence to the definition of done.
- Support the team in addressing impediments and seeking help from outside the team when necessary.
- Minimize technical debt built into the product and evaluate and monitor product progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide reporting on status and future deliverables to customers and key stakeholders.
- Support team members in achieving company objectives and promoting a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

- Ability to balance continuous improvement and operational optimizations with client requirements.
