About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at M&S. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Food and Beverage colleagues to achieve sales and service targets
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, stock rotation, and waste management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with other store teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience
